States’ ability to supply fully machined, edgebanded and prefinished component parts from our extensive line of panel products supports our customers who use volumes of standardized components in their product constructions. Manufacturing facilities in North Carolina and Oregon permit short cycle times and reduced freight costs.

Unique Constructions
Components are engineered utilizing the best possible panel construction, face and back veneer and finish to match the application. Panel size is tailored to optimize yield. The integration of panel construction with finishing and component manufacturing gives us a unique opportunity to precisely tailor each part for optimal performance and economy.

Drawer Assemblies
While we do not offer a catalog of stock component parts, we do manufacture drawers and drawer assemblies in an infinite variety of heights, widths, depths, joinery, species and edge treatments. Additionally, our NOVA finishes allows us to color match finishes for both drawer sides and bottoms. Typical minimums are twenty-five drawers of a given size.

Edgebanding
Edge treatments include solid wood, wood veneer, PVC, Polyester, 3mm wood or PVC and clear or wood grained foils.

Machining

DRILLING / BORING, Horizontal and Vertical 8mm.
LINE BORING, 32mm O.C. 5mm diameter.

Finishes
The majority of components we supply are finished. Our ultraviolet cured NOVA finishes have set the standard in prefinished hardwood panels, offering clear, custom color matches, opaque colors and printed woodgrains. Three standard gloss levels and custom gloss matches are available.
